Notes Maker

Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Devlivery OÜ, Kaupmehe tn 7-120, 10114 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"), the publisher of the Notes Maker app and this website. By buying a subscription on this website or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website or the app.

1. Who can use Notes Maker

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, modify or build derivative works from the app, or interfere with it using automated means.

3. Subscriptions bought on this website

  • Plans and price. The plan, price and billing period are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. We never see your full card details.
  • Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, your payment method is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. One trial per person.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance about any price change.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel any time using the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt email, or by writing to info@devlivery.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.
  • Unlocking the app. After payment you receive a link that unlocks your subscription in the Notes Maker iOS app. A subscription bought on the web is managed here, not in your Apple ID settings.
  • Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we decide to refund at our discretion. Contact us if something went wrong.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU and EEA consumers)

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. By starting your subscription, including a free trial, you ask us to start providing the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. If you withdraw within 14 days of a paid charge, we may keep an amount proportional to what was provided before you withdrew.

5. Subscriptions bought in the App Store

Subscriptions bought inside the app are sold by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings; refunds are handled by Apple.

6. Your content

Recordings, transcripts and notes you create remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to record and process them, including the consent of other people in a recording where the law requires it. We process your content only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-generated results

Transcripts and summaries are produced automatically and may contain mistakes. Check important information before relying on it.

8. Updates and availability

We may update the app, change or remove features, and require you to install updates. We aim for the service to be available at all times but cannot guarantee it.

9. Termination

Your licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. We may suspend or end access in case of misuse. You can stop using the app at any time.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
