This policy explains how Devlivery OÜ, Kaupmehe tn 7-120, 10114 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit this website, buy a Notes Maker subscription here, or use the Notes Maker app. We are the data controller. Contact: info@devlivery.io.

1. What we collect

Purchase data: email address, country, plan, payment status and billing history. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see the full number.
Subscription identifiers: an anonymous app user ID that links your web purchase to the app.
Website and campaign data: pages visited, the ad or campaign that brought you here (UTM tags and, with your consent, the Google Ads click ID), device and browser type, IP address.
App data: recordings, transcripts and notes you create; device and app identifiers, including the advertising identifier if you allow tracking; usage statistics and crash reports.
Support: what you send us when you contact us.

2. Why we use it and on what basis

To provide the app, process payments and manage your subscription (performance of a contract).
To transcribe and summarise your recordings, which is the core of the service (performance of a contract).
To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
To measure which ads bring customers and improve the app (your consent for cookies and ad tracking; otherwise our legitimate interest in aggregated statistics).
To answer support requests and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that process data for us under contract:

Stripe (payments) and RevenueCat (subscription management).
Google: Firebase (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) and Google Ads (ad measurement, only with consent on this website).
Cloud transcription and AI providers that process your recordings to produce transcripts and summaries. They may not use your content to train their models.
Advertising partners in the app, only if you allow tracking on your device.
Authorities, when the law requires it, or a buyer in case of a merger or sale of our business.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies on this website

Essential storage remembers your cookie choice and the plan you picked. Advertising cookies from Google Ads are used only if you click "Accept" in the banner; they tell us which ad led to a purchase. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, but advertising cookies stay off unless you accept them.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Recordings and notes: until you delete them or ask us to delete your data. Purchase and billing records: as long as accounting law requires (in Estonia, 7 years). Website and campaign data: up to 26 months. Support emails: up to 3 years.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@devlivery.io; for app data, include your app user ID or advertising identifier so we can find it. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local authority.

8. Children

Notes Maker is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we collected data from a child under 13, we delete it.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes.
